Happy Lungs Herbal Tea
Sometimes our lungs need some TLC after breathing in the toxins of the day, or after recovering from a cold or allergies. In this wonderful herbal tea blend, mullein leaf works symbiotically with the lungs to bring moisture to dehydrated respiratory cavities as well as supporting expectoration of pollutants as they linger in lung passages. Coltsfoot will help easy muscle spasms of all types, with an affinity for lung muscle in particular. Licorice root gives the tea it’s sweetness while soothing and protecting inflamed or distressed tissues (kind of like when you have a sore throat or tired lungs!) It also has Orange Peel, which is packed with Vitamin C to help boost immunity.
