Yoga Every Day

Whither you're a morning person or night owl, I challenge you to incorporate yoga into your daily routine every day. Most of you have heard of the endless benefits to practicing yoga both physical, spiritual, and mental, so ask yourself what's holding you back from sticking to your practice? Or maybe what's holding you back from growing to the next level of your yoga practice? 

Starting today, I challenge all the beginner yogis out there and the experienced yogis to add more yoga into your daily routine and stick to it. Find out what it's like to be transformed as a person from the inside out by showing up to yoga daily, either morning or night. For me I use my time on the yoga mat to pray to god and worship him through my body that he gave me, I've gotten so much closer to God once I started devoting my practice to him! Start thinking about why you personally want to grow and how that could be incorporated into your yoga practice, stay consistent! 

The beauty of yoga is that it is for everybody, all ages, all genders, all shapes and sizes. Not sure where to even start? Thats ok and thats why I am here to help! I want to not only challenge you but help you along your journey in any way that I can to help you discover the positive benefits yoga will have in your life.
