It's so cool that you talked about dancing lessons and how they'd help our mental health! Last week, I met with my sister and talked about how she wants to lose some extra weight. My sister hates exercise routines, so I do think she'd benefit from trying dance lessons out! Thank you so much for the mental and physical benefits of dancing!

It's great that you mentioned that dancing can improve your sleep and even your memory. My wife has been having a problem where she wakes up in the middle of the night and usually only gets around five hours of sleep. My wife has a job that keeps her working hard, so taking a dance class when she has time seems like a good way for her to improve her energy levels.

I never knew that dancing can help us lose weight. The other day my sister said that she is looking to lose weight as she is borderline obese. Since she used to do ballet, maybe I can suggest her to take up dancing since it also promotes cardio health.
